If you decide that it is more important for you to create a lean, healthy body, then this will become your primary objective.

Now, the secondary steps that you must take in order to reach your primary objective will include eating healthy food, drinking plenty of water and exercising on a daily basis.

If you decide that eating delicious, high calorie food, and the comfort of not doing exercise on a regular basis is more important than having the body of your dreams, obviously you will not be able to produce long term weight loss success because there will be nothing to motivate you to eat healthy food and to do exercise.

In other words, you can be naturally motivated to eat healthy food and to exercise on a regular basis only when these secondary steps help you to accomplish your primary objective, which is having a lean, healthy body. You still, most likely will not want to eat healthy food and exercise, but you will take these actions because they help you to accomplish something that is much more important to you!

In 1994, when I reached 285 pounds, this realization is what helped me to create the energy, the drive, and the non-stop motivation to lose over 110 pounds of unwanted body fat and reach my ideal weight of 175 pounds with 10% body fat in twelve months.

I have also used this approach to maintain this weight for almost 15 years.

So, if you truly desire to lose weight for free, and truly desire to create irreversible, long term weight loss success, create some clarity in your life by making a choice what will be more important to you and what will be less important.
